I've always loved horses. There's something about their beauty, strength, and independent spirit that has fascinated me for as long as I can remember.
That love inspired me to create this distinctive Horsehead Ring.
What makes this piece especially interesting is its connection to jewelry-making history. I created the design using an antique jewelry die from a jewelry line dating back to the 1920s. I love working with these old tools, bringing designs from another era into the present through my own craftsmanship.
Handcrafted in silver with 14-karat gold plating, the ring has a lovely warmth and a timeless character. The horsehead design makes a beautiful statement without needing to be oversized.
Created individually in my Appalachian studio, this ring is an original piece of wearable art by Christine Keller—a little celebration of horses, history, and the enduring beauty of handcrafted jewelry.

Wellness & Symbolism
Throughout history, horses have symbolized freedom, strength, courage, and the spirit of adventure.
For those who feel a special connection to horses, wearing a horse-inspired design can be a personal reminder of those qualities.
Gold has traditionally been associated with warmth and vitality, while silver has often symbolized clarity, intuition, and balance.
These traditional associations add meaning to a ring that celebrates both the natural world and the art of jewelry making.
