Melding of Ways — One-of-a-Kind Enamel Art Pendant

We are all different. We come from different places, have different experiences, and see the world through our own eyes. Yet when those differences come together, something truly beautiful can happen.

That's the story behind Melding of Ways.

This vibrant, one-of-a-kind enamel pendant is filled with color, movement, and the idea of coming together. The design reaches upward, symbolizing how our individual paths can meet, blend, and create something greater than any one part alone.

I love the way the colors work together in this piece. Each contributes something different, yet together they create a harmonious whole.

The pendant is complemented by Red Jasper and Mookaite gemstones, chosen to add their natural beauty and earthy character to the design.

But the story doesn't end with the pendant.

I handcrafted the entire 22-inch chain, individually forming and cutting the aluminum links and incorporating silver elements with the gemstones. I chose aluminum for its lightweight quality and bright appearance, allowing the colorful pendant to make a statement without the chain becoming unnecessarily heavy.

Every link is part of the finished artwork, rather than simply something to hang it from.

The chain is adjustable, allowing you to fasten the lobster clasp at different points along its length.

Created individually in my West Virginia studio, Melding of Ways is an original Christine Keller piece of wearable art, celebrating individuality, connection, and the beauty that emerges when different elements come together.
