Inner Vision is a one-of-a-kind pendant created around a remarkable piece of Fordite, often referred to as Detroit Agate. Formed from decades of layered automotive paint during the golden age of American automobile manufacturing, Fordite is a material that transforms history into art. Hidden beneath its polished surface are countless layers of color, each representing a moment in time, waiting to be revealed.

What drew me to this particular piece was its remarkable center. The swirling patterns seem to form an eye, a portal, or perhaps a glimpse into something deeper. As I designed the silver framework around it, the piece began to feel less like a gemstone and more like an opening—a reminder that wisdom, creativity, and clarity often come when we learn to look inward.

The flowing silver elements surrounding the Fordite represent layers being peeled away, barriers dissolving, and hidden truths coming into view. It is a piece about perspective, intuition, and trusting the voice that already exists within you.
