Northern Echo

There are some stones that seem to hold a memory.

The moment I saw this labradorite, I couldn't help but think of the Northern Lights—those ribbons of blue and green that dance across the night sky before quietly fading into darkness.

It was as though a tiny echo of that light had been captured within the stone.

That's where Northern Echo found its name.

Handcrafted entirely in sterling silver, this one-of-a-kind pendant celebrates those rare moments when nature reminds us that wonder still exists.   Every shift of light reveals another brilliant flash of blue, green, and gold, giving the labradorite an almost living quality. No two moments—and no two stones—are ever quite the same.

To complement the beauty of the stone, I created the lower portion of the pendant using an authentic antique die. I carefully pressed sterling silver into the vintage die to capture its intricate fan design, then hand sawed, finished, and oxidized the piece to bring every detail to life. It's a technique that preserves a bit of history while allowing it to become part of something entirely new.

Handcrafted sterling silver tassels add graceful movement beneath the pendant, catching the light with every step and echoing the flowing rhythm of the aurora itself.

Suspended from an adjustable 24-inch sterling silver chain, Northern Echo is designed to be worn effortlessly, whether layered with other favorites or allowed to shine on its own.

Like every piece I create, this pendant is completely one of a kind. Once it finds its home, there will never be another exactly like it.
